We want you to buy Ticketfolio Pro or Max because it makes keeping your travel memories a joy — not because you are locked in. Both plans are one-time purchases, and this policy explains how refunds work.
14-day refund window
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No forms, no hoops — a short note about what didn’t work for you helps us improve, but it is not required.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address you used to sign in, or reply to the order confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy.
- Include your order number if you have it (it is in the Lemon Squeezy receipt) — this speeds things up but is not mandatory.
- Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
- Your account returns to the Free plan (up to 3 tickets).
- Nothing is deleted. If your collection has more tickets than the Free plan allows, existing tickets stay viewable and exportable — you just cannot add new ones until you are back within the limit.
- We recommend exporting your collection (PNG/ZIP/PDF) before requesting a refund if you plan to stop using the Service.
After 14 days
Past the 14-day window we generally cannot offer refunds, but if something is broken on our end — you were charged twice, a purchase never unlocked your plan, or a bug made the product unusable — contact us and we will make it right regardless of the date.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before opening a dispute with your bank — refunds through us are faster than chargebacks. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
