These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ticketfolio at www.ticketfolio.app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Ticketfolio does
Ticketfolio lets you turn your photos into digital ticket-style keepsakes, organize them into a collection, and export them as images or a PDF booklet. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership. Photos you upload and tickets you create remain yours. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to run the Service (storing your photos and displaying them back to you).
- You may only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or contains sexual content involving minors.
- You can delete a ticket at any time; its photo is removed from our storage.
4. Plans and payment
- The free plan includes up to 3 tickets. Pro ($19, up to 50 tickets) and Max ($29, up to 100 tickets) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to the Lemon Squeezy terms. Local taxes may be added at checkout.
- Plan limits apply to the number of tickets stored at one time. If you reach your limit, existing tickets remain fully usable and exportable; you just cannot add new ones until you upgrade or delete some.
- Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or access it with automated tools other than search-engine crawlers;
- attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
- resell or white-label the Service without our written permission.
6. Service availability and changes
Ticketfolio is an independent product and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we ever discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to give you at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your collection.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data — please keep local copies of photos that matter to you.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your tickets at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections 3, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
